Job summary

ParagonCare is seeking a Territory Manager to cover NSW and ACT, driving sales in the Surgical division and expanding our hospital customer base. You will build relationships with surgeons, NUMs, and procurement teams, delivering tailored solutions and service excellence while meeting growth targets.

The role requires autonomous, proactive professionals with experience in operating theatres and healthcare settings, supported by CRM tools and Excel for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into operating theatres or hospital environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customers in NSW and ACT.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within hospital markets.
• Regularly travel to meet customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain healthy margins for the territory.
• Provide progress reports and refresh Territory Plan.
• Engage in marketing campaigns and national account activities.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer needs and share insights.
