Qualifications

• Surgical medical device sales experience is required.
• Comfort in operating theatres and a surgical environment.
• Strong ability to engage with clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and customer service focus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• This NSW Territory Manager role for Women's Health is a 12-month maternity leave contract covering Sydney South/West, ACT and regional NSW including Wagga, Griffith and Moruya.
• Manage a high-performing territory representing about one-third of the NSW/ACT business.
• Build strong relationships with major public and private hospital accounts such as Nepean, Westmead, Blacktown, Liverpool and Campbelltown.
• Drive growth across the Women's Health portfolio, including capital equipment and surgical consumables.
• Partner with surgeons, gynaecologists, nursing teams and hospital stakeholders, providing product support, education and in-theatre assistance.
• Expect regular regional travel, with Canberra visits approx. twice monthly to support ACT customers.
