Job summary

ParagonCare, an ASX-listed healthcare leader, is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to cover Queensland and Northern Territory. You will grow the Surgical division, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue across hospital settings.

The role requires proven sales success in operating theatre environments, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, NUMs, Procurement).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customers in the QLD and NT geographies.
• Identify new opportunities within the Hospital market to drive growth in the Surgical division.
• Travel regularly to meet customers, assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and margins for your territory.
• Provide progress reports and update Territory Plan for success.
• Participate in national initiatives, campaigns and events.
• Share market insights with the team to inform strategy.
