Paragon Care is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own the NSW/ACT territory within our Surgical Urology division. You will build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities and key personnel to grow our customer base and drive sustainable revenue.

This role requires proven sales success in operating theatre settings, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in a healthcare operating theatre environment or similar.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities.
