Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a track record in medical devices.
• Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system and operating theatres.
• Solid clinical knowledge with ability to build relationships with surgeons and medical staff.
• Willingness to travel as required; 25% travel.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell Hernia portfolio within an assigned territory to meet targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, and distributors.
• Provide product support, clinical education, and training to ensure adoption of Medtronic technologies.
• Plan and execute territory growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.
• Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, and opportunities in the surgical market.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and R&D to share insights and enhance customer experience.
