Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across Tasmania’s Midlands and southern regions. You’ll manage prospecting, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and own the full sales cycle with farming customers.

Frequent travel within your territory, collaboration with Product, Support and regional teams, and a hands-on approach will help you deliver value and build lasting farmer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience delivering opportunities and closing deals.
• Beef industry experience or deep passion to learn operations.
• Ambitious, energetic, and accountable attitude.
• Strong territory management with prioritisation and trade-off skills.
• Resourceful problem solver who collaborates across teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and grow pipeline.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, negotiating contracts.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Own territory with relationships across beef industry groups and partners.
• Onboard and deploy Halter product, ensuring smooth customer transition.
• Collect field feedback with Support, Product, and R&D to drive improvements.
