Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across a defined region in Australia. You will implement sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You will work closely with Product, Support, and regional teams to ensure Halter’s tech meets farmer needs, with travel across the Central West Outback region of Queensland as required.

• Proven salesTrack record in driving revenue and creating opportunities.
• Strong post-sales value-building and upsell experience.
• Deep understanding of beef industry operations and customer needs.
• Able to manage a large territory with strategic prioritisation.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and expand opportunities across your territory.
• Hit high-growth sales targets by qualifying, demoing, and negotiating.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure adoption and success.
• Onboard new customers and coordinate with Support/Product teams.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to share field insights.
