Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Adelaide Hills region. You will lead prospecting, close deals, and build lasting relationships with farmers, while collaborating with Product, Support, and regional teams to deliver value.

Frequent travel within your territory is expected, and you will own the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to deployment of Halter's solutions. This role offers meaningful work in a fast-growing ag-tech company.

Qualificações

• Experience in value-based sales and closing deals.
• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with beef industry operations and farm environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and expand by sourcing new leads and opportunities across channels.
• Hit high-growth sales targets through qualification, product demos, and contract negotiations.
• Manage post-sale customer onboarding and deployment to ensure value delivery.
• Own territory by building relationships with agricultural groups and beef-industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to share field insights for product improvements.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage customers and prospects.
