Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Australia to drive growth and ensure customer success in beef and dairy sectors. You will own the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, build lasting relationships with farmers, and work with cross‑functional teams to tailor Halter’s solutions to local needs.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a history of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Strong farmer/customer relationships and post-sales value building.
• Experience upselling to grow partnerships in ag tech or livestock sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand: source new leads and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts with customers.
• Account management: maintain relationships post-sale and onboard deployments of Halter’s solutions.
