Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Australia to drive growth and ensure customer success in your designated region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with farmers, and represent Halter on the ground across Victoria, with frequent travel to neighbouring regions.

Qualifikationen

• Sales & customer success expertise with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience or deep knowledge of beef industry operations and challenges.
• Strong territory management and prioritization across sales and CS.
• Ability to close contracts and build lasting customer partnerships.
• Proactive relationship building across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required.

Aufgaben

• Prospecting & expansion: generate leads and manage pipeline from first contact to close.
• Hitting sales targets: qualify, demonstrate the product, and negotiate contracts.
• Customer account management: maintain relationships, support, and onboarding.
• Territory ownership: build deep ties with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer onboarding: guide onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field learnings & feedback: share field insights with Support/Product/R&D.
• Collaborating with support teams: resolve issues quickly and effectively.
