Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and ensure customer success across the Riverina region in Australia. You will lead sales strategies, build lasting farm relationships, and travel regularly to meet ambitious targets, while representing Halter on the ground.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience upselling to grow partnerships and post-sales value.
• Passion for beef industry operations and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and opportunities.
• Hit sales targets by managing pipeline and negotiating contracts.
• Account management to ensure ongoing satisfaction and adoption of Halter.
• Territory ownership and relationship-building with agricultural groups.
• Own onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product for customers.
• Capture field insights and feedback for product improvements.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and support customers.
