DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a driven sales professional to manage a metropolitan Sydney customer base and own a fixed territory with strong growth potential. You will train store teams, drive product promotions, and build a robust local project pipeline while strengthening supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with the national framework.
• Manage contacts and projects effectively using CRM tools.
• Drive growth across key texture‑coating categories.
• Develop a strong local project pipeline within your territory.
• Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations.
• Bring experience in business development, ideally within a similar industry.
• Confidently use CRM and planning tools.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of sales growth.
• Apply a commercial, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Communicate and negotiate with clarity and influence.

Responsibilities
