Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a driven sales professional to manage a fixed territory in metropolitan Sydney, driving growth across texture coatings and related categories.

You will support store teams and train on new and existing products, building strong customer relationships. You will lead call plans, manage CRM-based projects, and collaborate with suppliers and industry groups to expand market share and share knowledge across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, ideally within a similar industry.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of sales growth.
• Confidently use CRM and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with the national framework.
• Manage contacts and projects effectively using CRM tools.
• Drive growth across key texture‑coating categories.
• Develop a strong local project pipeline within your territory.
• Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fixed territory with strong growth potential.
