Job summary

Dulux Acratex, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking a driven professional to manage an established customer base across the Adelaide region. You’ll build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers, driving growth across our texture coatings portfolio and owning a fixed territory.

You’ll use CRM tools to manage opportunities, lead promotional activities, and partner with store teams to train and upskill customers, unlocking new growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales planning tools to manage projects and opportunities.
• Demonstrated success growing products, services or market share in a sales environment.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a well-established customer base across the Adelaide region.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, substrate suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive growth across texture coatings portfolio and take ownership of the territory.
• Build a local project pipeline and lead promotional initiatives.
• Use CRM to manage customer activity and opportunities.
• Provide product training and support to store teams and identify growth opportunities.
