Job summary

DuluxGroup in Canberra is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage key accounts and drive territory growth across the ACT region, extending to Bowral and Mittagong. You will own your patch as a small business, building profitable relationships with residential, commercial painters, and contractors.

Daily you’ll apply your strong communication, CRM discipline, and proactive problem-solving to meet sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role, ideally within painting or construction industries.
• Key account management experience with the ability to grow major accounts.
• Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities and work on residential & commercial projects from pre-tender to contractor onsite.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accounts and manage a territory.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive territory growth across the ACT region.
• Own patch and build profitable relationships across territory up to Bowral and Mittagong.
• Engage daily with painters and commercial household painters, converting opportunities into revenue.
• Leverage selling capability, CRM discipline and stakeholder management to meet sales targets.
