Job summary

Dulux Acratex is seeking a driven sales professional to manage a fixed territory in the Adelaide region, growing our texture coatings portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders and suppliers.

You will use CRM tools to manage opportunities, lead promotional initiatives, and train store teams to improve product knowledge and customer outcomes. This role rewards proactive, autonomous work and collaboration across DuluxGroup.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or a related field within paints, coatings, construction or building products.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Confidence using CRM systems and sales planning tools to manage projects and opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join the Dulux Acratex team, managing a well-established customer base across the Adelaide region. In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, substrate suppliers and key industry stakeholders, while driving growth across our texture coatings portfolio. You'll take ownership of a fixed territory, build a strong local project pipeline, lead promotional initiatives, and use CRM tools to effectively manage customer activity and opportunities. You'll also become a trusted partner to our store teams, providing product training and support that builds capability, strengthens customer outcomes, and helps identify new growth opportunities across the business.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, account management or a related field, ideally within paints, coatings, construction, building products or a similar industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
• Confidence using CRM systems and sales planning tools to manage projects, opportunities and customer interactions
• Demonstrated success in growing products, services or market share within a sales environment
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing a territory and pipeline
• Passion for training, coaching and sharing product knowledge with customers and internal teams
