Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead key accounts and grow our ACT territory, with coverage extending to Bowral and Mittagong. You will own the commercial patch, building profitable relationships and driving revenue through proactive account management.

You will engage daily with painting professionals and contractors, leveraging your sales skills and CRM discipline to meet and exceed targets while representing iconic DuluxGroup brands across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role, ideally within painting or construction industries.
• Key account management experience with ability to grow major accounts.
• Identify and create new sales opportunities, manage Residential & Commercial projects from pre-tender to contractor onsite.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise accounts and manage a territory.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial territory and drive growth across the ACT region, with coverage to Bowral and Mittagong.
• Build profitable relationships, grow wallet share and unlock new opportunities.
• Engage daily with painters and contractors to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Manage territory as a personal business using CRM and process-driven approaches to deliver targets.
