Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Limestone Coast region in South Australia. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and travel frequently to represent Halter locally among beef industry stakeholders.

The role emphasizes expansion, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Support, and achieving ambitious growth targets while delivering long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with opportunity creation and upselling.
• Beef industry knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about beef operations.
• Driven, resilient under pressure with authentic energy in interactions.
• Proven ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success focus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expansion to source new leads and opportunities; manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts.
• Account management post-sale to ensure satisfaction and onboarding handoff.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups to build deep beef-industry relationships.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment to ensure customers gain value from Halter’s product.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to drive improvements.
