Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to manage and expand an established portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services (MPS) in Australia.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing—while collaborating with pre-sales, technical, and service teams. A track record in hitting revenue targets and expanding customer relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Business Development or MPS/Office Technology sales.
• Proven success in B2B sales, account growth and customer retention.
• Territory management, pipeline management and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of MPS, Office Print, MFDs, CPC, leasing and managed services.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain an existing portfolio of Managed Print Services customers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise print fleets, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Drive contract renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with IT, Procurement, and Operations decision-makers.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing; manage pipeline.
