Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with 20+ years in consultancy delivering complex building services projects.
• Chartership with Engineers Australia (CPEng) or eligible for state registration (RPEQ/RPEV).
• Extensive technical expertise in discipline design with knowledge of Australian codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven project and commercial management of multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex building projects across health, education, defence, transport, etc.
• Provide technical leadership and governance of electrical building services design.
• Review calculations, specifications, models to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and secure project pipeline.
• Mentor multidisciplinary services engineering team and foster high performance.
• Contribute to ANZ Building Services capability and strategy.
