Job summary

The Salvation Army Australia in Alice Springs, NT, is seeking a Team Leader to guide Case Managers in a supported accommodation program for men on bail or involved with the justice system and experiencing homelessness. This on-site, 27-bed facility role focuses on day-to-day operations, staff supervision and trauma-informed, person-centred care.

You will oversee intake, assessment and service delivery, align with the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care, and work with the Program Manager

Qualifications

Degree in Social Services or related field.
Experience supervising or supporting staff.
Understanding homelessness, AOD, mental health.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to Case Managers.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
Oversee intake, assessment and development of holistic case plans.
Ensure service delivery aligns with TSA policies, funding requirements and Model of Care.
Support compliance, data accuracy and continuous improvement.
