Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Sales Operations Team Leader for our Sydney ANZ operations. The role oversees the Western Sydney office, customer service, logistics and stock management, with responsibility for inductions and staff training.

You will develop and implement procedures, forecast stock needs, and liaise with head office and international teams. Occasional travel and a focus on KPI-driven performance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Life Science, or Business.
• Flexibility in availability to meet business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Currently have the right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Randox Western Sydney office and distribution facility.
• Oversee day-to-day customer service, logistics and stock management.
• Host inductions and training for staff across sales, customer support, administration, and logistics.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures, policies, and standards for staff.
• Forecast stock requirements and manage customer reserves; liaise with international/head office teams.
• Manage TGA recalls alongside regulatory affairs.
• Liaise with pathologies and health service providers on products and orders.
• Assist the country manager with contract-based tasks.
• Represent the organization in negotiations, conventions and seminars.
• Maintain knowledge of Randox and competitor products.
• Occasional travel nationally and internationally for meetings and training.
