Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our ANZ team in Sydney. This office-based role supports the clinical sales team with quotes, forecasting and customer queries via phone and email, with potential progression into a clinical sales representative role.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor level degree, be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, and be eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship. 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Life Science, or Business-related discipline.
• Flexibility in availability to meet business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in growing sales and preparing quotes.
• Forecast with the team and support customer queries via phone and email.
• Create and compile daily and monthly reports for the business manager.
• Assist with order entry and logistics during busy periods.
• Coordinate marketing and events initiatives in line with strategy.
