Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service via phone and email.
• Record, process and track customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare customer quotes and assist with forecasting analysis.
• Support invoicing, payments, and credit control activities.
• Prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation for imports.
• Maintain stock levels and checking temperature controls for storage.
• Assist with finance admin duties as required.
