Brainlab Australia is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our sales and service teams in Cremorne, VIC. You will process orders, manage logistics, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth planning, production, delivery and installation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams in a fast-paced, global healthcare technology company.

Formación

• Candidates must have completed VCE or equivalent.
• Experience in sales support or administration preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders, service contracts and field reports in line with regulatory and internal requirements, including confirmations and invoices.
• Coordinate office inventory, equipment bookings, shipments, collections and logistics.
• Maintain accurate electronic orders to support planning, production, delivery and installation.
• Monitor order progress, resolve queries relating to pricing, products and documentation, and follow up on backorders.
• Coordinate shipments, parts shortages and installations with internal teams and customers.
• Liaise with Finance and Accounting on customer accounts, credit limits, tax matters and accounts payable/receivable.
• Administer Product Notifications and Safe Use Reminders in collaboration with Quality Management.
• Coordinate customer visits to Brainlab offices and reference sites.
• Support Sales and Support teams with Salesforce updates, customer communications and lead follow-ups.
