Randstad is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Life Sciences & Biopharma (ANZ) based in Sydney or Melbourne. This highly consultative, technically informed role bridges cutting-edge bioprocess science with major biopharma accounts, driving growth across ANZ through strategic sales, distributor management, and value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, Master’s or PhD in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in ANZ life sciences/biopharma sales or field applications roles.
• Strong consultative selling, data analysis, and KPI-driven account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted ANZ sales and marketing strategies.
• Engage with biopharma accounts, CROs/CDMOs, and research institutions.
• Manage local distributor networks and set sales targets.
• Translate complex bioprocess solutions into value propositions.
• Represent the company at industry events to raise brand visibility.
