ALOIS UK is seeking a driven Junior Business Development Executive to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on driving new logo acquisition, building client relationships, and delivering staffing solutions while meeting monthly targets.

You will generate leads through networking and research, maintain CRM activities, and collaborate with recruitment teams to provide value to clients. This is a junior-level role with growth opportunities in a dynamic IT staffing environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Based in Sydney and available for regular client visits
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
• Must have valid Australian work rights

Responsabilités

• Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, approaching, and converting new clients across the Sydney market.
• Visit prospective and existing clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver quality talent solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
