Job summary

ALO in Sydney, Australia is seeking a capable Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver an authentic ALO experience, help guests explore product features, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic store environment.

You will work with leadership to achieve daily goals, maintain visual standards, assist with stock and shipments, and share our community-centered brand story with customers across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Constant movement in and around the store.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10–15 KG and work full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an authentic ALO experience and exceeding store goals.
• Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and analyze reports with leadership.
• Ensure floor coverage and execute visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Educate guests on products, culture, and community.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and store procedures.
• Support shipments and product flow to keep stock moving.
• Lead initiatives and communicate store goals with the team.
