ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Leader in Sydney to elevate guest experiences on the floor through strong product education and relationship-building. You will guide Sales & Service Associates, drive coaching, and ensure effective floor coverage while supporting business growth.

You will partner with operations, visual, and studio teams to execute sales strategies, manage budgets and inventory, and foster a high-energy, service-led store culture in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making.
• Values feedback and provides constructive input.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles.
• Good movement throughout store and ability to lift up to 10-15 kg.

Responsabilidades

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage budgets, inventory, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Community & Studio and Visual Leads for cross-functional training.
