Aspen Surgical in Sydney seeks a driven sales professional to grow and implement strategy across the New South Wales South Territory. You will partner with sales and marketing to identify market gaps, strengthen product positioning, and drive growth for established and new product lines.

You will deliver product training to hospital staff, manage key accounts, and use Salesforce to maintain territory performance. The role balances field sales with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience in healthcare equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Exposure to Australian Private/Public Hospital system.
• Customer-centric, solutions focused and process driven.
• Intermediate skills in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for surgical instrument solutions and laparoscopic consumables across NSW South Territory.
• Maintain and expand relationships to develop new business opportunities with private and public hospitals.
• Provide product training to hospital staff and support clinical trials to drive sales.
• Increase product range profile with key stakeholders and CRM-based territory management.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact to drive sales.
