LifeHealthcare is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to cover NSW South and the ACT, driving neurosurgery portfolio growth and building strong clinician partnerships. You will deliver technical and clinical support across hospitals, while staying ahead of product knowledge and engaging with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales within MedTech or related field.
• Experience or willingness to learn neurosurgery devices and procedures.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing pathways and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive territory strategy with monthly/quarterly/annual plans for neurosurgery.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders face-to-face.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to advance strategic objectives and identify opportunities.
• Stay current on product knowledge through supplier engagement, training, and self‑directed learning.
• Deliver engaging hospital in-services to educate and build confidence in products.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres across NSW South and ACT, with opportunities to cover other territories.
• Maintain visibility of inventory across hospital locations.
