Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth across Sydney and New South Wales. You’ll engage hospitals and healthcare facilities, build trusted partnerships with clinicians and executives, and drive adoption of Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong relationship-building, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales in a healthcare setting. Travel throughout NSW is expected.

• Proven sales success with targets (3+ years).
• Strong business development to grow a territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel NSW.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge, clinical support, education, and guidance.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
• Support product evaluations, implementations, and successful contract outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants, and Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain regular site visits, education sessions, presentations, and industry events.
• Develop networks across healthcare organisations with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
