Job summary

NTT DATA in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist – Application Solutions to build trusted client relationships, uncover new opportunities and grow our Application Solutions business.

You’ll own assigned accounts, expand relationships, and connect client needs with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI, and Microsoft solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. This quota-bearing role offers strong earning potential and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technology or professional-services sales, business development, account/client management.
• Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and identifying/progressing opportunities.
• Experience shaping solutions around business needs with clients and internal teams.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with understanding of client business/financial considerations.
• Experience managing opportunities, pipelines and forecasts using CRM/sales tools.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to progress opportunities and drive growth.
• Ability to connect client needs with technology/services offerings to outcomes.
• Experience owning opportunities and coordinating people/resources.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
• Develop an understanding of each client’s business to identify current and future opportunities.
• Generate demand by helping clients identify needs and articulating value of services/solutions.
• Progress qualified leads and proactively develop opportunities within accounts.
• Build enduring client relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
• Work closely with technology vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using sales tools and established methodologies.
• Support client satisfaction through the buying lifecycle and maximise retention.
• Apply sound commercial, financial, governance and risk awareness.
