Job summary

NTT DATA in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist - Application Solutions to build trusted client relationships, uncover opportunities and grow our Application Solutions business. You will own assigned accounts, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and drive revenue across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI, and Microsoft offerings to deliver client outcomes.

This quota-bearing role requires strong strategic insight, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

Extensive experience in technology or professional-services sales.
Proven ability to identify and progress sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of client business and financial considerations.

Responsibilities

Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
Develop deep understanding of each client’s business, strategy and environment to spot opportunities.
Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating how services can deliver value.
Progress qualified leads and nurture opportunities within accounts.
Build enduring client relationships and act as trusted adviser.
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to advance opportunities.
Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using CRM and sales methodologies.
Support client satisfaction and maximise retention; minimise churn.
