Job summary

NTT DATA in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist – Application Solutions to build trusted client relationships, uncover opportunities and grow the Application Solutions business. You will own accounts and drive new business while expanding existing relationships, aligning client needs with technology and services.

You’ll work across Professional Services and Application Managed Services, engaging with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI and Microsoft solutions to deliver client outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technology or professional-services sales.
• Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and progressing sales opportunities.
• Experience shaping solutions or services around business needs with internal teams.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with understanding of client business and financial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business and environment to identify opportunities.
• Generate demand by articulating how services and solutions deliver value.
• Progress qualified leads and develop opportunities within accounts.
• Build enduring client relationships and be a trusted point of contact.
• Work with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate resources to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using CRM and sales methodologies.
• Support client satisfaction and retention throughout the buying lifecycle.
