Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist – Application Solutions in Brisbane to own and grow key client relationships, uncover opportunities and expand our Application Solutions business. You will drive demand for Professional Services and Application Managed Services across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI, and Microsoft, partnering with vendors and internal teams to deliver outcomes.

• Experience in technology or professional-services sales and account management.
• Ability to identify and progress sales opportunities within client accounts.
• Experience shaping solutions around business needs with internal teams.
• Strong understanding of client business and financial considerations.
• Experience managing opportunities, pipelines and forecasts using CRM/sales tools.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to progress opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, strategy and environment to identify current and future opportunities.
• Generate demand by helping clients identify their needs and articulating how relevant services and solutions can deliver value.
• Progress qualified leads and proactively develop opportunities within your accounts.
• Build enduring client relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
• Work closely with technology vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver client outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using sales tools and established sales methodologies.
• Support strong client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle while helping maximise retention and minimise churn.
• Apply sound commercial, financial, governance and risk awareness within your area of responsibility.
