Job summary

Tesseract Apps PTY LTD is seeking a Business Development Manager specialising in NDIS SaaS to join our Sydney team. This full-time role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities within the NDIS market, building lasting stakeholder relationships, and expanding our market presence in the disability services tech sector.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development or enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and participant/provider needs.
• Ability to identify, qualify and close complex B2B SaaS opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities within the NDIS sector and related disability services market.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS providers, participants, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored value propositions to prospects.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Forecast and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to align development efforts.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
