Job summary

Logicalis Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Private Sector Sales team in Brisbane or Sydney. You will identify, engage and convert new customers, open new territories and build long-term executive relationships with C-suite leaders across Cloud, Cyber Security and Managed Services.

You will lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract execution, leveraging partnerships with Microsoft and Cisco to accelerate growth and customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in technology sales, business development or related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding new business and revenue growth targets.
• Experience selling Cloud, Cyber Security, Managed Services, Modern Workplace, Data & AI, Infrastructure & Connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory acquisition strategies focused on net-new customer growth and market expansion.
• Identify, qualify and convert new private sector customers through strategic prospecting and business development activities.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, social selling, events and targeted campaigns.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with PreSales, Delivery and vendor partners to develop compelling, outcome-focused solutions.
• Present business cases and technology transformation strategies to executive stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting accuracy in CRM, tracking market trends and competitive activity.
