Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Service Manager to establish and develop NDIS services across new locations in Adelaide or regional SA. You will build strong referral pathways with Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers and health partners to generate new opportunities and grow the participant base.

The role combines strategic development with hands-on leadership, overseeing operations, outcomes, workforce performance and compliance to drive significant revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership or management experience in NDIS, disability, community services, aged care, health or human services.
• Proven business development and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and participant journey.
• Ability to recruit, lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and NDIS compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow services across new locations.
• Develop referral partnerships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers and health professionals.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing local team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, participant outcomes and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and quality standards.
