The role reports to the Directors and offers potential progression to General Manager based on performance and organisational growth.

The position requires strong NDIS knowledge, leadership and financial management, with responsibilities including workforce planning, budgeting and improving service profitability

Qualifications

• At least five years’ operations management experience.
• Strong NDIS knowledge, including compliance and safeguarding.
• Proven leadership and financial management for business growth.
