Job summary

KI Health is seeking an experienced NDIS Business Development Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. You will combine NDIS business knowledge with relationship-building to grow our client base, nurture existing clients and identify new opportunities.

Working with the CEO and Business Manager, you will attract new NDIS clients through outreach, referrals, and partnerships, maintain strong relationships with participants and families, and help shape KI Health's next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Experience in the NDIS sector (3–4 years) is required.
• Strong understanding of NDIS operations, funding, and compliance.
• Proven ability to attract new clients and build referrals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of NDIS and community care services.
• Build relationships with participants, families and referrers.
• Attract new NDIS clients through outreach and networking.
• Nurture existing clients for satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Track enquiries and growth opportunities; maintain records.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership.
• Represent KI Health at events and forums.
