Linkforce Engineering is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth across mining and resources. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will identify, develop and convert opportunities while strengthening client relationships and strategic partnerships.

You will lead market intelligence, build client-focused solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value. This role offers a modern CBD Perth office and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, commercial management or key account management in mining, resources, engineering, construction or related industries.
• Strong networks and ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously while building internal partnerships.
• High resilience, initiative and adaptability.
• Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
