Job summary

Linkforce is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will identify and convert new project and maintenance opportunities while strengthening client relationships across mining and resources sectors.

You will work with operational, technical and executive teams to deliver client-focused solutions, build market intelligence and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Perth CBD office with modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, commercial management or key account management in mining or related industries.
• Strong networks and ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• A bility to work autonomously while building internal partnerships.
• High levels of resilience, initiative and adaptability.
• Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project and maintenance opportunities in mining and resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop strategic account plans for long-term client growth.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and commercial teams to create winning solutions.
• Monitor market activity and industry trends to spot opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Represent Linkforce at client meetings, industry events and forums.
• Drive continuous improvement through market intelligence and BD best practice.
