Design & Build Recruitment in Perth, WA is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead a national sales function within the mining and materials handling sector. You will drive aftermarket revenue and own key customer relationships, including major mining players.

Based in Perth, you will lead a team of 10, shape sales strategy across Australia, and partner with engineering, operations and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role within mining, materials handling or related industrial sector.
• Strong relationships with major mining customers and decision-makers.
• Track record in aftermarket sales, service offerings and account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a national sales team of 10.
• Manage and grow relationships with major mining customers (e.g., BHP and Rio Tinto).
• Drive aftermarket sales, account development and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share across mining & materials handling sectors.
