Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sales Specialist – Application Solutions based in Sydney to grow a portfolio of client accounts. You will retain, expand and renew opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and partners to deliver client-focused enterprise solutions across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Your role involves understanding client priorities, managing full lifecycle sales, and building trusted business relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, business development or client account management in IT, technology or professional services.
• Experience growing new business while retaining existing client relationships.
• Ability to understand client priorities and connect them with relevant services or solutions.
• Experience managing sales opportunities through full lifecycle, including pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Identify and progress opportunities for new business, account expansion and renewals.
• Partner with lead generation and business development colleagues to pursue qualified opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding each organisation’s industry, business environment, strategy and priorities.
• Help clients identify current and emerging needs, then articulate how our services can deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate internal specialists, vendors and partners to develop client-focused solutions.
• Manage accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using established sales tools and methodologies.
• Support client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
