Qualifications

Experience in consultative sales, business development or client account management in IT or professional services.
Ability to understand client priorities and link them to services or solutions.
Experience managing opportunities across full lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, closing.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Identify opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
Collaborate with lead generation and BD teams to pursue qualified opportunities.
Articulate how services and solutions deliver client outcomes.
Coordinate internal specialists and partners to develop client-focused solutions.
Manage accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using sales tools.
Support client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
Reduce churn and strengthen long-term retention.
