TrendAI, the AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead CIO/CISO engagements in Queensland. You will own the territory, drive growth, and partner with Technical, Channel and Marketing teams to plan market reach.

You’ll guide clients from initial demos through deployment, run account reviews, and maintain accurate CRM forecasts. A track record selling to senior leaders in cybersecurity is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of IT sales experience in QLD.
• Record of selling value to senior leaders in complex deals.
• Ability to explain complex technology in clear business terms.
• Understanding of the market, including competitors, cloud, digital transformation, IIoT and local regulation.
• Growth mindset and a collaborative way of working.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs, and understand what success looks like for their business
• Find new customers and grow existing accounts across WA
• Set clear territory and product strategies that grow our share of the market
• Guide customers from the first demo through implementation and beyond
• Run account reviews that improve the customer experience and uncover what’s next
• Keep CRM data accurate so forecasts and plans stay reliable
