Job summary

• Proven experience in Account Management and/or Business Development and sales within the electronic security industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
• Drive account renewals, maintenance agreements and cross-sell of products/services.
• Lead site visits, prepare quotes, and coordinate with project/service teams for seamless delivery.
• Develop account plans focused on retention and growth across offerings.
• Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to management.
