Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Western Australia. You will lead growth with CIOs/CISOs, win new customers, and collaborate with Technical, Channel and Marketing teams to plan market access.

You own the territory, targets, and customer success, backed to exceed them. 6+ years IT sales in WA and the ability to articulate complex tech to executives are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT sales experience in WA
• Proven track record selling value to senior leaders in complex deals
• Ability to explain complex technology in clear business terms
• Understanding of the market: competitors, cloud, digital transformation, IIoT and local regulation
• Growth mindset with a collaborative working style

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs in WA
• Find new customers and grow existing accounts
• Set territory and product strategies to grow market share
• Guide customers from initial demo through implementation and beyond
• Run account reviews to improve customer experience and forecast reliability
• Keep CRM data accurate for reliable forecasts and plans
