Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security leader and a Trend Micro business unit, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead our WA region. You will partner with CIOs/CISOs, protect critical assets, and drive growth across accounts from first demo to renewal.

You'll collaborate with Technical, Channel and Marketing teams to plan market reach, own territory and targets, and exceed them through strategic relationships and value-based selling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT sales experience in WA.
• Selling value to senior leaders in complex deals with many stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technology in business terms.
• Understanding of market, cloud, digital transformation, IIoT and local regulation.
• Growth mindset and collaborative working.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, XDR, UEBA or SIEM/SOAR; SPIN/MEDDIC/TAS training; security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs and understand success metrics.
• Find new customers and grow existing accounts across WA.
• Set territory and product strategies to grow market share.
• Guide customers from first demo through implementation and beyond.
• Run account reviews to improve customer experience and uncover next steps.
• Keep CRM data accurate for reliable forecasts and plans.
